How does Coaching work?

I work with you to determine your agenda. This becomes the basis for our Coaching relationship. We then develop an Action Plan with totally ‘do-able’ steps toward your goal. At our next meeting, usually on the phone, we will look at “How you did”, “How you feel about it”, “What you learned”, and “What you want to do next”. From that, we generate your next Action Plan.

My job as Coach is to bring Clarity, Focus, Accountability, and Support to your quest for the LIFE YOU WANT.

What is Pre-Retirement Coaching?

“As a Life Coach, and retired Chef, my specialty is working with employees within two years of retiring to tap into their passions and purpose, to come up with a Recipe for their retirement that will have them leaping out of bed in the morning to get to it!”

Pre-Retirement Coaching is a must for “Baby Boomers” going into Retirement. Even with ‘financials’ in good shape, it is not the happy, care-free life that “they” said it would be. There are far too many disturbing statistics about retirees and premature death. The more I studied the phenomenon called “Retirement”, and its pitfalls, the more I became convinced it is my mission to bring greater awareness to people headed in that direction. I know simple awareness is often curative.
